Who handles your information
The controller is УП «ЭлПиДжи транс» (LPG-Trans). Address: 16-66 Sukharevskaya Street, Minsk, 220019, Belarus. For data enquiries, contact info@lpgtrans.by or +375 (29) 622-77-66.
Information and purpose
The form asks for your name, email and phone number. Your message is optional. We use these details to answer the enquiry, discuss supply or transportation and prepare an offer. Do not include passport, payment, health or other information that is unnecessary for a response.
We also record the submission date, a random enquiry ID, language, consent text version and consent timestamp. Your IP address is used to limit request frequency and is not stored in the enquiry database. The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information to operate and protect the site.
Your choice
The form requires a separate consent checkbox. Consent covers receiving, recording, storing and using the supplied details to respond, their deletion, and transfer to the technical services described below. It does not authorise marketing messages.
You may refuse consent; the form will then remain unsubmitted. You can call or send an email instead. Information you provide in a call or email is also used to handle your enquiry.
Services and international processing
Enquiries travel over HTTPS and are stored in Cloudflare D1 in the company's account. A notification is sent to info@lpgtrans.by; corporate email uses Yandex. Staff who need the information to respond and technical providers operating these services may process it for those purposes.
Cloudflare is an overseas infrastructure provider. Information may be processed outside Belarus, involving international transfers and the data protection rules of another country. The site does not promise storage exclusively in Belarus. If you do not agree with this arrangement, do not submit the form and contact us by phone.
Retention
Records in the site's active enquiry database are automatically deleted after 30 days, with up to one additional day for the daily cleanup. This does not delete corporate email or immediately erase the provider's technical backups. Business correspondence and documents are kept separately for handling the enquiry or contract and meeting applicable retention obligations.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Email info@lpgtrans.by with the subject “Personal data” to ask about processing, correct inaccurate details, request that processing stop or data be deleted, or withdraw consent. Include the contact used in the enquiry and its approximate date. The company may request information needed to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.
Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed. If information must be retained on another applicable basis, the company will explain this when handling the request. You may also contact the competent personal data protection authority.
External services and updates
The site does not connect advertising analytics or chat widgets. Yandex Maps opens only when you follow its link, after which that service's terms apply. Ordinary site delivery uses Cloudflare infrastructure. The current notice is published on this page; a material change in processing purposes will use an updated consent version.
